Gmail Inbox ကို Filter ခြဲထားမယ္

ကိုယ့္ရဲ ့ Gmail Inbox ထဲမွာ mail ေတြရွာရတာအာရံုေနာက္ေနတယ္ဆိိုရင္ Filter ခြဲထားလိုက္ရင္ အဆင္ေၿပသြားမွာပါ။
ကိုယ္ Filter ခြဲခ်င္တဲ ့mail ကိုအရင္ဆံုး Select လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။(Starred (ၾကယ္ပံု)ေဘးက ေလးေထာင့္အကြက္ထဲ မွာ အမွန္ၿခစ္ေလးေပးတာပါ)
ၿပီးရင္ More actions ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။ အဲဒီထဲက Filter messages like these ကိုႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ။
Create a Filter ဆိုတဲ ့Box က်လာပါလိမ့္မယ္။
Next Step> ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

Skip the Inbox (Archive it)
Apply the label:
စတာေတြကို Select ေပးပါ။ (ေလးေထာင့္အကြက္ထဲ မွာ အမွန္ၿခစ္ေလးေပးတာပါ)
Apply the label: Choose label... မွာ New label... ကိုေရြးေပးပါ။
New label... ဆိုတဲ ့box က်လာပါမယ္။
ကိုယ္ခြဲတဲ ့ Filter ရဲ ့ Name ကိုေရးေပးပါ။
(ဥပမာ။ ။Foreverfriends ကပို ့တဲ ့ေမးလ္ကို Filter ခြဲတယ္ဆိုရင္ Foreverfriends လို ့ေရးပါ။)
ၿပီးရင္ Also apply filter to ? conversations below. ကို Select ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ (ေလးေထာင့္အကြက္ထဲ မွာ အမွန္ၿခစ္ေလးေပးတာပါ)
ၿပီးရင္ေတာ့ Create Filter ကိုႏွိပ္လိုက္ရင္ Filter ခြဲလို ့ၿပီးသြားပါၿပီ။။။
